Our renovations are completed within 30 working days. The keys to your property, the renovation permit from your property’s management, and 50% payment deposit are the 3 items we acquire from you in Day 1 (Note: 30 working days mentioned does not include the duration necessary for finding a suitable tenant.)
Yes! After renovation, we assign a few elite area-specialist agents to find a suitable tenant. There are no additional charges for this service. However, if the agent that manages to close a deal will be entitled to their standard commission. We will take professional photographs of your furnished unit as an additional service. This helps to advertise your unit on online property platform.
For new VP-ed projects the target is to get your property rent in a short period of time. We are 100% sure that your unit can get rent out quicker than others if you are willing to rent at market rates. However, if you are likely to try setting higher benchmark rental rates, you may have to wait for few months in order to get a desirable rate. It is possible, and we require to find the right tenant who is willing to pay higher than the current market rates.
In general, to achieve good ROIs, fully furnished rental property is the best way we can approach. However, if you are likely to go for partial furnish, we would suggest to go for contractors instead as it would be more cost-efficient. We are charging a fixed rate for project management and supervision costs which may image our services not as attractive in terms of price.Hence, contractor may be a better solution especially if you already have an idea of what is to be done.
However, a semi-furnished unit is highly likely to require a longer period of time to rent out due to high competition. The market has a variety of semi-furnished units listed for rent, making them like commodities. Therefore, we highly recommend you to go for fully-furnished instead of semi-furnished.
No, Our cost site visits, cost estimates and consultations are free of charge, because we believe that honesty and transparency is the best way to attract customers. No additional charges will be billed without notice/approval.
In terms of design, we are different from traditional interior designers. Our designers will design and perform the makeover based on the targeted tenant market for your unit. After we have studied your property, our consultants would share different themes/concepts to you and suggest the most suitable concepts to you. Simply choose your preferred option and we’ll stick closely to it. You will be surprise in what we do. If you are not satisfied with the design we would advise you trying on other options. If you are looking for an effortless solution, we are the perfect company for you.
First, we will provide a rough quote when we have the details from you. Once you are comfortable with the costing, simply get in touch with us and we will advise on how to proceed. Our team will do research about your development’s location to understand the potential buyers of tenant, the layout and items provided by developers as well as items that can be reuse. After that, based on the information gathered, we will come up with an estimate cost of your renovation.
Yes, we do. Although the majority are rental properties, we do provide renovation service for properties on sale too! These properties just need a minor touch-ups, but fully-furnished could be the best solution too. It depends on location and potential customer based, our consultants will advise accordingly based on the factors.

In order to achieve quick rentability and increase your chances of getting higher rates, we have to make your unit to be unique and different from others. Live-in home renovations are crafted according to personal preferences and requirement.
